Forum Move Complete

Friday, June 20th, 2008

It was not nearly as difficult to move the forum as I thought it would be – which is good. :)

The forum has moved over to the new host and can now be accessed at http://sdsforum.com/. The old url forum.savedisneyshows.org has been set up to forward to the new URL.

There are only a few minor things left to move over before we finally transfer the savedisneyshows.org domain over to the new host.

During the domain transition, the SDS forwards won’t work, so be sure to bookmark either all the new URLs or this blog which contains the URLs.

As apart of my ongoing efforts to improve Save Disney shows and it’s affiliated movements, I am proud to announce that the Save Kim Possible website, formally located at kp.savedisneyshows.org has now moved to it’s new location at http://savekp.com where it shall remain forever (in theory). :)

The New Save Disney Shows Blog

Wednesday, June 11th, 2008

This new WordPress powered blog replaces the old Save Disney Shows news section. Articles contained within the old data base are still available here. All new articles will be posted in this blog.

Webmaster Greg has decided to impliment this change after his experience building Disney Channel Fans. DC Fans uses a WordPress blog to manage news on the site, and to syndicate news to it’s affiliated websites. Using the same system we will now be able to syndicate news from the news section to our affiliated websites, like savekp.com, and savejakelong.com. Not only does this simply our updating system, but it allows persons following more than one campaign to see the news for all the campaigns in one place.

Also, please consider adding the RSS feed to your news aggregator.
