It will not b e easy to forgive Iger for cutting off the Academy Awards to Cablevision. A plague on both he and Dolan for not being able to arrive at a reasonable business decision. Neither company should benefit from the crisis. I wil not watch ABC again, and I will protest to Cablevisions as well. FCC and all licensing and franchise agencies should be alerted to this attack on viewers. The airways belong to the people, as do the streets and rights of way over which the wires of cable nets are strung.

Keep it up Iger! But 2 problems, 1, you may need to reair some of the Disney Afternoon shows on Disney XD, & 2, you need to start reairing Kim Possible & Lizzie McQuire on DISNEY CHANNEL!

I was quite impressed with the latest add for XD. I started regularly watching Disney when it was Zoog Disney. Then they dropped the 'Zoog' to stick with Disney Channel. I still love Disney, but I was beginning to think that the best shows were on during those few years - Recess, Phil of the Future, Sabrina (the animated series), Even Stevens, Sister Sister, Lizzie McGuire, the Proud Family, House of Mouse, and, of course, KP, the all-time fav. Of course, most of these shows are off. Recess, sabrina?, and KP are on Toon Disney, but I don't get that channel. Anyway, I was worried when I saw the first ZD ads because they looked really wierd. Then the one today started with Spiderman and stuff and some show that looked more appropriate for the new look to Cartoon Network. Uh oh. But then I saw that they were bringing back Phil and Even Stevens. I was watching a Proud Family - the first rerun of that I'd seen in a while. The reappearance of these older shows sound like a good thing. I hope they continue with this. Granted, some of the newer shows are really good, especially Phineas and Ferb. But I'm still hoping that Disney will get its act together and bing out some shows on DVD and some they'll just realize they should show again. Who knows? This could be a very good sign for the shows we are fighting for - especially KP (and Recess).
